WARRANTY / RETURN POLICY
INDUSTRIAL LIMITED WARRANTY
EXPRESS WARRANTY:
Collis warrants its products for ninety (90) days from the date of purchase against defects due to
faulty materials or workmanship and will repair or replace (at its option) without charge any items
returned, provided the user notifies the supplying distributor of said defect within ninety (90) days of date
of purchase. This warranty is void if the item has been damaged by accident or unreasonable use,
neglect, improper service, or other causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship. No other
expressed warranty is given or authorized.
LIMITATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTY:
COLLIS DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR ANY
PERIOD BEYOND THAT OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how
long an implied warranty lasts.
EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES:
COLLIS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some
states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives
you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
To obtain warranty service, return the item(s), transportation prepaid United Parcel or common carrier
to Collis Tool Corporation., 41 23RD Ave North, Clinton, Iowa 52732. Return Goods for warranty must
have a return authorization number, which can be obtained by calling our Sales Department at
1-800-334-6045.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
RETURN GOODS POLICY
1. All returns subject to 15% handling charge unless an order of equal value is placed in return.
2.
No returned goods will be accepted after 60 days of purchase.
3.
All
return goods must have return good authorization number issued by Collis credit manager, and this
number must appear on the outside of package. Packages without Collis’ return goods number will be
returned to sender.
4. Return goods address is as follows:

5. Freight on all return goods must be prepaid.
6. All goods returned for credit will be subject to inspection.

We will not honor deductions from invoices prior to the issue of a credit memo.
8.
No annual stock returns will be allowed,
unless an order of one and one half times the value is
placed and the distributor will pay freight and handling charges to and from place of origin.
Collis reserves the right to overship or undership any order for manufactured specials by 10 percent or
one part on an order less than ten pieces. No returns will be allowed on manufactured specials.
